Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of Dollhouse FM, including fm.dollhouse.ai and connected Dollhouse FM apps. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Use the service only where you are legally permitted to do so and able to agree to these terms.

Public radio stations and saved recordings can be played in full without an account. Sign in with Google to create stations, save favorites, follow stations or DJs, and customize My Mix. Music, lyrics and artwork are AI-generated, with data processing described in the Privacy Policy.

The standard new-creator welcome allocation is two station slots and one account-wide first hour of original music in the primary station. That hour can continue generating in the background after you leave. Five two-song premieres become available on separate eligible UTC return days after the hour is complete, with an optional automatic-preparation preference. Missed days do not accumulate extra music and this welcome offer is not a continuing daily generation allowance. Existing or individually configured account allocations can differ; consult Your account for your available music. New generation is subject to account status, allowances, operational limits and capacity. Public listening does not itself request new music, and completed libraries can replay after welcome generation ends.

Use an account you are entitled to control. Do not impersonate another person, try to acquire someone else’s original account, or bypass access controls. Google sign-in and the signed original-account connection establish identity; an email address, copied display name or shared link does not confer ownership.

New stations are created publicly. Names, descriptions, DJ bylines and available recordings may be discovered and shared; private recordings remain restricted to authorized listeners. Read the Privacy Policy before adding content. You are responsible for information you put into public fields. Private musical directions are processed to provide the service and may be sent to configured providers.

Only submit material you are entitled to use. Do not submit secrets, another person’s private information without permission, infringing material, or instructions to misuse the service. You keep whatever rights you hold in your own material. You give us permission to host, store, process and use it to operate Dollhouse FM, including sending it to the configured generation providers and displaying or delivering content you choose to publish. This permission is limited to providing and operating the service and does not transfer ownership of your original material.

AI-generated music, lyrics, images and animations can be inaccurate, unexpected, similar to other material or subject to third-party claims. We do not guarantee uniqueness, copyright protection, ownership, an exact duration or clearance for a particular use. References to artists are musical preferences, not endorsements or permission to copy their work. Technical validation of a recording or image is not a legal-rights or musical-quality clearance.

Dollhouse FM does not grant a blanket commercial-use license. Underlying generation licenses include non-commercial restrictions, and other provider or third-party rights may also apply. Creating a station, downloading a recording or sharing a link does not supply rights we do not hold. Do not sell, monetize, sublicense or otherwise exploit recordings commercially without obtaining the necessary permissions and licenses. Do not attack the service, evade authentication, generation allowances or rate limits, interfere with another listener’s account or data, impersonate others, or use Dollhouse FM unlawfully. We may restrict or suspend access to address misuse, security issues, rights complaints or operational problems. Features, recordings and generation capacity may be interrupted, unavailable or changed. Failed generation can be retried, simplified or paused, and stations can replay existing recordings. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, output quality, generation speed, exact recording length or permanent availability of a recording. Nothing here promises unlimited generation or grants a paid music license. Any future paid offering must state its applicable price and purchase terms separately.

Station owners can manage their stations and artwork, remove completed recordings and request station deletion. Station deletion revokes service access before accepted generation work and storage cleanup finish. Removal does not erase third-party downloads or necessarily remove every generation file, audit record, historical copy or backup. Use the Privacy Policy’s instructions for whole-account and other deletion requests; signing out, disconnecting an original account and revoking Google access are different from deleting your data.

Our permission to display your material follows your publication choice, subject to the operational copies and applicable obligations described in the Privacy Policy. Nothing in these terms removes rights or protections that applicable law does not allow to be waived.

If you believe material available through Dollhouse FM infringes your copyright, send a copyright complaint or DMCA takedown notice to dmca@dollhouse.ai. Include the specific station or recording links so the material can be located. General support requests belong at help@dollhouse.ai.

A DMCA notice should include the information below. Notices are reviewed, and access to reported material may be removed or restricted as appropriate. Repeated copyright infringement may result in account restrictions or termination in appropriate circumstances.

If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake or misidentification, contact dmca@dollhouse.ai about a counter-notification. A counter-notification must identify the removed material and its former location, provide your contact information and signature, state under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the removal resulted from a mistake or misidentification, and include the consent-to-jurisdiction and acceptance-of-service statements required by applicable DMCA law. We may forward the counter-notification to the complainant and handle any restoration in accordance with applicable law.

• Your physical or electronic signature, or the signature of someone authorized to act for the copyright owner.
• Identification of the copyrighted work, or a representative list if the notice covers multiple works.
• Identification of the allegedly infringing material and enough information to locate it, including exact URLs.
• Your name, mailing address, telephone number and email address.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
• A statement that the information is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act for the owner of the allegedly infringed exclusive right.
